The practical bits: booking, paying, changing your mind, and how gift vouchers work.

Booking and payment
Booking online takes payment at the time you book. That payment is what holds the appointment. Prices shown include GST and are in Australian dollars.
While you are entering your card details we hold your chosen time for a short period. If the payment is not completed in that window the time goes back on sale.
Changes and cancellations
Please call 0468 333 519 as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. We will always try to move you to another time that suits.
To be completed by the business. Set out the cancellation window and whether a refund or credit applies — for example how many hours' notice is needed. Customers should be told this before they pay, so this wording also needs to appear on the booking page.
Running late
If you arrive late we will do our best, but your treatment may need to finish at the booked time so the next guest is not kept waiting.
Gift vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. That is the minimum set by Australian Consumer Law, and we do not shorten it.
- Vouchers can be used against any treatment on our menu, in one visit or across several, until the balance runs out.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Please keep the code safe. Treat it like cash — anyone holding the code can use it.
Our treatments
Our treatments are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for seeing a doctor or another registered health practitioner. If you have an injury, a health condition, or you are pregnant, please tell us when you book so we can look after you properly — and check with your doctor if you are unsure whether massage is suitable for you.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
