Come as you are. Seated neck and shoulder massage is done fully clothed with no oil. For table treatments you undress to your comfort level and are draped with a towel the whole time.
As much or as little as you want. Tell your therapist at the start, and speak up any time during the treatment — adjusting pressure mid-session is completely normal.
