Frequently asked questions

Everything people usually ring up to ask. If your question is not here, call 0468 333 519 — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

Booking & visiting

Both work. You can book online any time, or call 0468 333 519. Booking ahead is the safer bet, as weekends and late afternoons fill up first. Call us to check what is available today.

For a weekday morning, the same day is usually fine. For a Saturday, a Sunday or a late afternoon slot, a few days ahead gives you the best choice of times.

We are inside MarketPlace Warner on Samsonvale Road, which has its own car park. Park at the centre and walk in to Shop 28.

Booking online takes payment securely at the time you book, which holds the slot. If you walk in, you settle up at the shop.

Ring 0468 333 519 as early as you can and we will do our best to move you to another time. The more notice you give, the more likely the slot goes to someone else who wants it.

During your treatment

Come as you are. Seated neck and shoulder massage and reflexology are done fully clothed. For table treatments you undress to your comfort level and are draped with a towel the whole time — only the area being worked on is uncovered.

As much or as little as you want. Tell your therapist before they start, and speak up during the treatment if you want it lighter or firmer. Adjusting pressure mid-session is completely normal and never a problem.

Relaxation massage is flowing and even, covering the whole area at a steady pressure. Remedial and deep tissue work is slower and firmer, spending more time on the spots that feel tight.

If you want to switch off, book relaxation. If something specific is bothering you, book remedial.

Thirty minutes suits one area, such as the neck and shoulders. Sixty minutes is the most common booking and covers the whole body without rushing. Ninety minutes or two hours gives real time everywhere.

If you are not sure, ring us and describe what is bothering you — we will tell you honestly, including when the shorter one is enough.

It can. Vacuum cupping often leaves round marks that fade over a few days. Worth keeping in mind if you have a wedding, a photo shoot or a beach weekend coming up. Cupping also adds 20 minutes to your appointment.

Yes. Hot Stone and Medicated Oil are $5 each and add no extra time. Vacuum Cupping is $30 and adds 20 minutes. Ear Candling & Head Massage is $50 and adds 30 minutes.

Add-ons go with a treatment and are not sold on their own. They are all listed on the treatments page.

Health, vouchers & everything else

Please tell us when you book, and check with your doctor first if you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or an injury, or managing an ongoing condition.

We are massage therapists, not medical practitioners. We would much rather have the conversation before you arrive than turn you away at the door.

Please ring us on 0468 333 519 before you book if you need a health fund receipt, so we can confirm what is available on the day.

Yes, and you can buy one online. Australian Consumer Law requires gift cards sold to consumers to stay valid for at least three years, and ours follow that.

Relax. Restore. Feel Better.
