Reflexology in Warner
Pressure-point work through the feet, starting with a warm herbal foot bath. On its own, or paired with massage.
What reflexology involves
Reflexology works pressure points through the feet and lower legs. You stay dressed, you sit or lie back, and the therapist works steadily through the foot rather than the whole body.
Every reflexology treatment here starts with a warm herbal foot bath. That is included in the price — it is not an add-on.
Who tends to book it
- People on their feet all day.
- Anyone who wants something restful without a full body massage.
- People who would rather not undress for a treatment.
- Anyone curious about it who wants to try the 45-minute session first.
What it costs
Reflexology on its own is 45 minutes for $70. If you would like it paired with massage, the packages below run from 60 to 120 minutes. All of them include the herbal foot bath.

About reflexology
No. Reflexology is done through the feet and lower legs, so you stay dressed. If you have booked a package that includes back or whole body work, your therapist will explain that part when you arrive.
A warm herbal soak to start. It is included in every reflexology treatment and package, at no extra cost.
It should not. Some points feel tender, and that is normal, but tell your therapist if anything is uncomfortable and they will ease off.
